Giving Up…

Before I change my mind, I’ll write it somewhere: I’m going to give up computer games until Easter. Ash Wednesday was yesterday, but a day late is better than not at all.

It’s not a life changing sacrifice, but an intentional move to make space for important things. I’ve never really participated in the Lenten season before, so it’s a timid first step. I’m not often quick to make decisions even about trivial items such as a dinner menu, but this makes eminent sense right now.
